Refund & Returns and Cancellation Policy
WeXpressYou, being a small setup, does not offer any option to cancel orders once placed through our website. We also do not offer return or refund on goods once purchased. However, in case the goods have been damaged/mutilated during transit we might consider replacing the article subject to following terms and conditions::
Overview
Our return policy lasts only for 3 days. To initiate the return process would request you to inform us through email (contact@wexpressyou.com) or click here to visit our Contact Us page, with the photos of the damaged/mutilated product within 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you return is approved, then we send another copy of the goods.
In case another copy of the book is not available we will initiate the refund process within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
